I ordered a few baby things, and somehow two of them weren’t what I’d picked. One came in the wrong colour, and another item was just missing completely. I did wonder if I’d somehow messed up the order myself, but I checked and it looked right on my end. Customer service did reply, but it took a while to actually get everything sorted. Not the worst experience ever, but a bit frustrating

I’m really disappointed with my experience with oioi.com.au. I reached out about my order and ended up waiting way too long for a proper response. When someone finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t actually read my message at all, because I had to keep repeating the same details over and over. That’s not just frustrating, it makes the whole process way more stressful than it needs to be. I get that delays can happen, but customer service should at least acknowledge the issue properly and take some accountability instead of making the customer do all the chasing

I had a hard time using the page. It was slow and confusing, and I couldn’t easily find what I needed without going back over and over. For a simple shop, it was annoying. It also made me wonder if the site was set up that way on purpose, because it really shouldn’t be that difficult.

It looks really cute in person, but it’s a little bulkier than I expected tbh. Still nice, just not as sleek as I thought it’d be

The bag looks really nice, that I will say, but the storage layout isn’t great for me. The pockets are kind of awkward, and small things I still end up digging around for all the time. The reason I’d keep it at 3 stars is mostly the lack of easy-to-find material info. When it’s something I’m using for baby stuff, I want to know more about coatings, testing, and general safety details before feeling fully confident. Maybe the info exists somewhere, but from my experience it wasn’t obvious enough

I bought a bag from oioi.com.au thinking it would be a good everyday baby bag, but i found the size disappointing. In my head it looked like it would hold everything I usually take out, but once I packed nappies, wipes, and a bottle, there really wasn’t much space left. The pockets seem handy at first, but they don’t actually fit as much as I expected. For the price, I personally thought it would have a lot more room. It might work for someone who packs really light, but for daily use with a baby, it just wasn’t practical for me

i was let down when my order showed up. it looked really nice in the photos, but once i had it in person, it felt a lot cheaper than i expected.

I’m used to having a straightforward checkout, whether that’s PayPal or a simple pay-later option, so this just didn’t really meet my personal standard. I spent ages messing around with it and still couldn’t get it to work the way I wanted.

The products might be great, but if paying is that much of a hassle, it puts me off completely. I gave up in the end and don’t think I’ll be going back.

Maybe it’s just me, but I found this a bit too fiddly to use while holding my baby. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, but when you’ve only got one hand free and a wriggly baby in the other, it really needs to be easier and quicker to manage.
